What is Write Club?
Write Club is like a fight club for people who want to write. If you are feeling called to deepen your relationship with yourself, Write Club is for you. Writing is one of the quiet ways I express myself loudly. Writing has been a healing component in my life alongside the practice of Yoga. A journaling practice has many benefits that helps us to know ourselves better, manage life's experiences, strengthen immune system function, provides clarity, focus, and more. It’s beautiful + profound to connect in community through guiding writing workshops/classes alongside teaching yoga.
Next Write Club Workshop — TBD late summer 2022. This writing workshop will be co-led with Emily Robinson, a gifted teacher, author, and an advocate for others. Bring a journal, pen, wear something comfortable, and bring anything that provides extra comfort for your experience.
